Bruce Shepard Joins Northwest Atlantic Real Estate Services as a Partner
Bruce Shepard, President of E.M.B. Associates, Inc has joined Northwest Atlantic Real Estate Services as a partner. Bruce has been in the Retail Real Estate business for over 35 years and was previously the Vice President of Real Estate for Shoetown, Eye Lab and Hit and Miss. In 1986 Bruce L. Shepard formed E.M.B. Associates Inc. and created a company to exclusively focus on Tenant Representation.

Bruce, as exclusive broker, was directly responsible for Guitar Center, DSW Shoe Warehouse and Comp USA entering the New York City Market. In 2003, he was awarded the Real Estate Board of New York’s “Deal of the Year” award. Currently, he is the exclusive broker for Filene’s Basement and West Marine in the tri state area and also represents Guitar Center, Inc. nationally for all of their real estate needs.
